Y’All R Real Ones: Middle School Moments is a documentary short, created as part of a larger middle school documentary project. Our goal in creating these resources is to help professionals, students, and families think more optimistically and creatively about the middle school years, with the hope of alleviating some of the stress and distress experienced by early-adolescents. This is the biggest period of change any human goes through, other than infancy, so these are challenging years by definition but they are also dynamic, joyous years, rich with opportunity.
